As the pioneer he is, Semenuk wanted to work with etnies to revolutionize mountain bike footwear. “Back in 2011 I was battling with a lot of bad heal bruises,” says Semenuk. “I got a pair of etnies and they instantly gave me the support and protection I’ve been needing so I could finally ride comfortably again.”

Building on three decades of tech advances, the Jameson Mid CRANK defines progression, versatility and durability. Semenuk designed his pro model shoe to provide advanced footwear housed in a super clean silhouette inspired by etnies skateboard heritage.

With a stroble board shank in the midsole, the shoe’s structure provides just the right amount of stiffness and pedal feel. Whether you’re hitting trails or your favorite jump spot, the outsole delivers a sweet spot of flexible stability. The Geo-Hex tread pattern allows for perfect pedal pin engagement. An asymmetrical collar comes up higher on one side with a thicker panel on the shoe’s medial inside for an extra layer of protection.
